Dogs in costumes, live music, a beer garden, outdoor fitness classes, childrens activities, and lots of vendors brought crowds of people to District Avenue in the Mosaic District Saturday for the Merrifield Fall Festival. The event, sponsored by the Greater Merrifield Business Association, showed Mosaic is becoming a community, as well as a destination for dining and shopping.

Crowds listen to the Right Handed Lefties band in the beer garden.
