They - we - want to go to parks, cafes, shops, and theaters where we live. I'm thinking more Vienna-scale like Church Street, maybe, rather than Reston, and a more smartly designed, people-centric shopping center at Braddock Road and Backlick is pertinent to Sunset Lane.Liz Kirchnernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6246743662284890173.post-37557068845334944132012-01-09T22:59:57.475-05:002012-01-09T22:59:57.475-05:00From what I see in Arlington County and elsewhere ...From what I see in Arlington County and elsewhere like Baltimore Harbor, the best places for "real, well designed, increases in density - the town homes, and walkable mid rise/hi rise apartments and condos, with good pedestrian/bike facilities and access to transit" are in areas along Metro and major bus corridors (e.g., Columbia Pike and Gallows Rd in Fairfax County), not everywhere in the County. So I see note for FCFCA get on board as not pertinent to 4954 Sunset Lane Annandale VA. Will FCFCA get on board for that?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
