Apartment tower planned for Seven Corners

The site of a proposed apartment tower on Route 50
A five-story residential building with approximately 200 rental units is planned for the wooded, triangular property between the two office towers and American Lube on Arlington Boulevard in Seven Corners.

There were originally supposed to be three office buildings on that property, which is owned by JBG Cos., but only two were built. The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors is expected to consider a rezoning request for the property this fall.

The new apartments would be adjacent to an eight-story hotel, a Hampton Inn and Suites, that has already been approved. The land where the proposed hotel and apartment would be located is in the Providence District of Fairfax County.

  1. eat, 200 more cars trying to fight their way through Seven Corners...

  2. I hope we can soon see a design - I hope it will improve the general layout and appearance of SC

  3. Looks like you just found your Adopt-a-Highway sucker! Green activists should be able to convince them to do it! Just don't ask me to pay anymore dang taxes!
