Couple arrested on weapons, drug charges

Morgan and Holloway [FCPD]
Fairfax County police arrested two people Sept. 9, around 1:15 a.m. in the 6200 block of Little River Turnpike, near Landmark Plaza, for weapon violations and drug possession.

A search of the vehicle netted ammunition, and a passenger was found to be a convicted felon. When police searched the driver and passengers at their nearby hotel room, they found a handgun and controlled substances.

Ryan Morgan, 27 years old, of no fixed address, was charged with possession of controlled substances, possession of firearms while in possession of certain controlled substances, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Sydimon Holloway, 18, of Augusta, Ga., was charged with identity theft and driving without a license.
