Annandale Burger King temporarily closed

The Burger King on Columbia Pike in Annandale closed Oct. 23. People concerned the fast food restaurant is following in the footsteps of Wendy’s can relax – Burger King is just temporarily closed for remodeling. The Wendy’s at 4042 Little River Turnpike closed permanently in August.

Burger King is going to be completely redone, with a new fa├žade, new dining room, and new bathrooms, says District Manager Tawfig Mohamed. “It’s going to be a beautiful Burger King.” He anticipates reopening by mid-December.

    1. I've been there once. It was over priced and the food wasn't very good. I wish I had gone to BK, instead.

  5. Burger King was absolutely disgusting the last time I went in there. The entire restaurant was filthy. Tables greasy and sticky, trash on the floors. With that lack of cleanliness in the dining area, I can only imagine the conditions of the equipment used to prepare and cook food. I opened this article fully expecting this to be a health code violation. Mr. Tawfiq - if you are reading this, let's hope you put a little more effort into having a clean dining experience. I, for one, will never patronize the restaurant again, remodeled or not, after that horrible experience.
