Memory Depot is a do-it-yourself station for digitizing old photos, videos, scrapbooks, audio cassettes, or other materials. You’ll need to bring an external hard drive, DVD, or a USB flash drive with sufficient capacity.
People interested in using the Memory Depot are encouraged to sign up in advance for an orientation session, Tuesdays at 7 p.m. or Fridays at 10 a.m. Sign up in person at the library’s information desk, call the library at 703-256-3800 ext. 4, or register online.

- Elgato Video Capture for saving old video-taped memories to a DVD or an external hard drive.
- A Feir Cassette Converter to convert audio cassettes to an MP3 file on a USB flash drive.
