The suspect, Abel Alexander Castro Juarez, age 20, is at large. The FCPD has obtained felony warrants for second degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

  2. Probably the insinuation is undocumented MS-13 type, which will probably turn out to be true since most of our area violence is that demographic.

    3. It is a city strategy - create shitty pockets and have the rest of the area relatively clean.
